Brief
My career as a structural engineer spans over 10 years of combined academic and professional practice. I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Structural & Geotechnical Engineering at Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. I have participated in a wide range of projects involving seismic isolation systems, dynamic structural analysis, and sustainable infrastructure design. I earned my PhD in Structural Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, where my research focused on the seismic performance of three‑dimensional isolation systems. I am a licensed Engineer Intern (EI) and an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP), with several publications in leading international journals and conferences.
