Brief

Mohamed El-Nozahi received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees, both in electronics and communications engineering, from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, in 2000 and 2004, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree from Texas A&M University in 2010. He was a Design Intern with Texas Instruments, Dallas, TX, and with Qualcomm, San Diego, CA. He was with Marvell Semiconductor, Santa Clara, CA, Vidatronic Inc., College Station, TX, and Analog Devices, Egypt. He is currently a Professor with the Electronics and Communications Engineering Department, Ain Shams University and with Pearl Semiconductor, Egypt.
His experience covers RF/mm-wave, power management circuits, and timing solutions. Mohamed has contributed to various projects that went for production. Mohamed has more than 50 publications in top-tier conferences and journals, and 10 granted US/worldwide patents.
