Research Projects

GSLAB- Software Package for Linear and Nonlinear analysis of flat Slab. The software is constructed using FORTRAN for the Finite element analysis and design, and C# for graphic interface. The Program incorporates the 9-Node isoparametric Mindlin plate element. Both the cracking effect as well as creep are included. The Program import DXF files and use Laplace smoothing technique in Mesh generation. The 3-D phase to deal with wind loads as well as establishing the eigenvalue and eigenvectors are under development to perform both static and dynamic analysis under earthquake loads.
