نبذة مختصرة
Dr. Mohab Elrefaie is an internationally recognised professor specialising in strategic urban planning, sustainable urban development, urban metabolism, GIS-based Spatial Analysis, System Dynamics Modelling, Climate Resilience, and SDG Localisation. With over 30 years of interdisciplinary academic, consultancy, and research experience, Dr. Elrefaie has made significant contributions to advancing smart urban governance and community-centred development, both in Egypt and internationally, through collaborations with UN-Habitat, the World Bank, GIZ, USAID, and the Royal Commission for Makkah City. His interdisciplinary expertise and strategic planning capabilities make him exceptionally qualified to lead academic, research, and consultancy initiatives, particularly in sustainable urban development, climate adaptation, and smart cities transformation.
