Ali Shehab Shams Eldeen, an Assistant Professor at Ain Shams University, Faculty of Engineering.
Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, earning an excellent grade with honors. Continued my academic journey and obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering in 2016, specializing in Mechanical Power Engineering, with a distinction degree. In 2022, I was awarded a PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
Since my graduation, I have been part of the workforce continuously, dedicating my career to both teaching and administrative duties within the faculty. Over the years, I have contributed to various educational and organizational tasks, supporting the development and quality of academic programs at Ain Shams University.
I have been involved as a CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) modeler and consultant since 2013, indicating his expertise in computational simulations related to engineering systems.

- In 2008, winning first place in a competition at the level of all college students organized by the Department of Physics and Engineering Mathematics in mental abilities, IQ testing, concentration, and the level of progress in pure and Applied Mathematics.
- In 2009, I received a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with an excellent general degree with honors, in the order of fourth.
- In 2016, I obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- In 2018, I received the Best Thesis Award from the College for my master's thesis.
- In 2022, I was awarded a PhD in Mechanical Engineering.

- In 2023, member of a research project for improving the performance of a 1.5m diameter impeller in a square cross-sectional water tank using CFD. This project contains the CAD design of several models and CFD simulation using ANSYS-Fluent with both MRF and sliding mesh models. This project was performed at the Technology, Innovation, and Commercialization Office TICO, BUE, Egypt.
- In 2024, member of a research project for improving the performance of high-specific-speed centrifugal pumps using CFD. The effect of the impeller blade number on the cavitation intensity of the pump was investigated under large flow conditions. This project was performed at the Technology, Innovation, and Commercialization Office TICO, BUE, Egypt.
