International Distinguished Partnership Support Program

This program is dedicated to joint research with research teams at major international universities, provided that the university is ranked in the top 300 globally by the QS classification or in the top 500 by the THE classification. Support is granted following the peer-review process and the journal's editorial board's official acceptance for publication.

Application Mechanism:

• One of the faculty members listed on the research paper shall send an official email on behalf of the rest of the researchers.
• The email must include the following data: (Research abstract, names of participating members and their affiliations, and the research specialization).
• Applications are to be sent to the email: vd.re.admin@eng.asu.edu.eg to verify fulfillment of requirements.
• The application period is open from April 15^th to June 30^th , 2026.
• Applicants will receive a response confirming whether the support requirements are met for publishing the research upon its acceptance.

Important Notes:

• The target number for support in this program is 5 research papers.
• In case the quota is reached, a "waiting list" will be activated, and priority will be given based on the order in which the email is sent to the Office of the Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research.
• Receiving support may not be repeated during the same cycle for any of the faculty members or postgraduate students participating in the research.
