This announcement is intended for all new students at the Faculty. The first step in university life is opening the file for each student.

Each student must prepare the following documents:

• The final nomination card, not the preliminary notification.
• The original computerized birth certificate (National ID), recently issued + 3 copies.
• The original General Secondary School Certificate + 3 copies, with emphasis on having it authenticated with the Republic’s Emblem.
• 6 personal photos (4×6) with the student’s full four-part name written on them + 1 personal photo for the medical examination.
• 2 copies of the National ID card.
• Modified Form (2, 3) Jund from the Recruitment Administration (for male students).
• Military Card (6 Jund) for those born in 2008 or earlier. In case the (6 Jund) Military Card is not available, Form (7 Jund), stamped by the relevant police station with the Republic’s Eagle Seal, must be provided.
• Sports incentive certificate, if available.
• The personal photo uploaded to the student’s personal page must be (4×6).

Students must register on the Faculty’s website through the following link. They will be asked to fill in the student’s information and upload copies of the above-mentioned documents:

The process can be completed from anywhere. It can also be completed at the computer laboratories in the Faculty’s Main Building.

The originals of these documents must be submitted in an envelope to the Faculty. The student’s information must be written on the envelope in large and clear handwriting:
