Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs Conducts Inspection Tour at the Faculty of Engineering and Follows Up on Second Semester Examinations

Prof. Dr. Ramy Maher Ghali, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs, conducted an extensive inspection tour at the Faculty of Engineering to follow up on the progress of the second semester examinations and ensure the regularity of the examination process. This comes within the framework of the University administration’s continuous field follow-up to guarantee a suitable and stable academic environment for students.
The Vice President of the University was accompanied during the tour by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Aziz, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs.
During his tour, Prof. Dr. Ramy Maher checked the implementation of all organizational procedures and strict adherence to the regulations in place to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination process. He praised the disciplined presence of committee heads, supervisors, and invigilators in their designated locations.
He also emphasized the necessity of continuing to provide all means of comfort and proper ventilation inside examination halls and auditoriums, while promptly addressing any obstacles to help students perform their exams in an atmosphere of focus and calmness.
During the tour, the Vice President was keen to engage in direct dialogue with a number of students to learn their opinions regarding the level of examination questions, their consistency with the prescribed curricula, and the time allocated for answering. He affirmed that the discipline and organization observed inside the examination halls reflect the students’ awareness and the efforts of those responsible for the educational process.
Prof. Dr. Ramy Maher Ghali also inspected the Luban Workshop, which represents a distinguished model of educational and practical cooperation between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the People’s Republic of China in the fields of technical and engineering training. In addition, he toured the Faculty laboratories and library.
At the conclusion of his inspection tour, Prof. Dr. Ramy Maher Ghali expressed his sincere appreciation for the distinguished efforts exerted by the administration and staff of the Faculty of Engineering, which further strengthens the University’s status and academic leadership.
