Monitoring the Regularity of Spring 2026 Examinations at the Faculty of Engineering Ain Shams University
As part of the Faculty of Engineering – Ain Shams University’s commitment to ensuring the smooth conduct of examinations and providing a suitable environment for students, Prof. Dr. Amr Shaat, Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Aziz, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, followed up on the progress of the Spring 2026 examinations.
During an inspection tour of the examination halls conducted by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Aziz, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Amr Othman, Director of the Education and Examinations Affairs Administration, they checked the regularity of the examination process and ensured the availability of all necessary means of comfort and care for students, as well as the readiness of medical teams. They also monitored compliance with examination regulations and the provision of a safe and suitable examination environment.
The Faculty confirmed the readiness of 40 examination halls with a total capacity of 3,400 students. Emphasis was also placed on full adherence to discipline regulations داخل اللجان, in addition to ensuring the presence of faculty members to answer students’ inquiries, thereby contributing to maintaining discipline and ensuring equal opportunities for all students.
The Faculty administration praised the smooth and organized conduct of the examination process and commended the efforts of faculty members, staff, and all concerned administrative departments in organizing and supervising the examinations in a manner that reflects the Faculty’s standards and commitment to the quality of the educational process.
