Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Amr Shaat, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Moneeb ElSabbagh, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, the Youth Welfare Department organized the student card distribution event. This is part of the faculty’s plan to reactivate and recode the electronic entry and exit gates, aiming to improve security systems and regulate student access.

The distribution process was spread over several consecutive days, starting from Sunday, May 4, 2025, until Wednesday, May 14, 2025, to ensure smooth execution and avoid overcrowding. The event witnessed notable cooperation and discipline from students, which significantly contributed to its success.

The faculty administration extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to all students for their commitment and cooperation, as well as to the organizing team and staff who exerted great efforts to manage and monitor the process effectively.
