How to Apply


Step 1: Prepare all necessary documents. Scan the documents and save them as PDFs, max. 2 MB file size. 
Please note: In case of acceptance to the program you will be asked to submit hard copies. 

  • Application forms

  1. WDS Application form (submitted through the ASU online portal). 

Please note: Complete the form, sign personally, submit through portal and save as PDF to print for the interview. 

  • Copies of qualifications

  1. University transcript (English) 
  2. English proficiency (English) 

Please note: With the exception of proof of English proficiency the copies of these documents need to be officially authenticated/certified and translated into English. Only IELTS (general or academic, min. band 6) or TOEFL (min. score 550 paper based, 213 computer based, 79 internet based), TELP (min. score 450) are accepted. 

  • Motivation and academic experiences
  • Portfolio (English, no longer than 5 pages in A4 Format, no more than 5 MB). 

Please note: your portfolio should feature a list of projects or a sample of work (student or professional projects) relevant for WDS course content with written description and (if available) graphic illustration of selected projects in terms of their content and your contribution/role in the respective project. equal treatment of all applicants, portfolios of more than 5 pages will not be considered. 

Letter of motivation

Please note: (English, no longer than 500 words) To ensure Recommended content for your motivation letter are; Why are you interested in this specific Course its content and its focus? What special qualifications and skills did you gain through your previous academic career that are relevant to this Course and that you can build on? Please indicate why you are interested in the course.

Curriculum Vitae

Its content and focus on global important architectural and environmental issues. (using the Europass Specimen Form for the CV ), with an attached recent photo. 

Scanned copy of your National ID

Step 2: Please apply and upload a complete set of these files at the ASU online application portal . 
Step 3: Wait for the results of the pre-selection process.
