Faculty of Engineering Honors Administrative Staff and Announces the Results of the 2026 Administrative Excellence Competition
As part of the Faculty of Engineering’s commitment to fostering a culture of institutional excellence and recognizing the sincere efforts of its staff, the Faculty organized a special ceremony to honor its administrative staff, in appreciation of their pivotal role as essential partners in achieving accomplishments and supporting the development and success of the Faculty and the University.
During the ceremony, the results of the administrative evaluation were announced as part of the Administrative Excellence Competition among the departments and administrative units for the period from the beginning of January 2026 to the end of August 2026. The ceremony was held in the Faculty’s Grand Celebration Hall.
Prof. Dr. Amr Abdel Salam Shaat, Dean of the Faculty, honored the winning departments in the presence of Prof. Dr. Hany El-Sayed Abdel Halim Saad, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Dr. Marwa Abu El-Fotouh El-Sayed Khalifa, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research; and Ms. Amani Abdel Aziz, Faculty Secretary.
The results were announced, with the Stores Administration ranking first, the Examinations Administration ranking second, and the Postgraduate Studies and Research Administration ranking third.
Distinguished administrative units that received certificates of appreciation were also honored, including the Cultural Relations Administration, Student Affairs Administration, Procurement Administration, Youth Welfare Administration, and Personnel Affairs Administration. Special recognition was also given to the Administrative Security and Civil Defense Units.
Through this ceremony, the Faculty of Engineering reaffirms its belief that administrative excellence is a fundamental pillar of institutional success, as well as its continued commitment to recognizing outstanding efforts and fostering a spirit of positive competition.
