Brief

I am an Assistant Professor in the Public Works Department at the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, specializing in Sanitary and Environmental Engineering. With a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, my work focuses on the design and development of systems that safeguard public health and promote environmental sustainability — including water supply and treatment, wastewater collection and treatment and pollution control.
I am actively involved in teaching both undergraduate and post-graduate courses, supervising Master’s and Ph.D. theses, and conducting research that focuses on innovative technologies in water and wastewater treatment. My work aims to maximize environmental benefits through sustainable solutions that address current and emerging challenges in urban infrastructure and public health.
