Structural Analysis for Architects
What Will Learn?
-
Course AimsThe aim of this course is to provide students with the needed knowledge and skills, which enable them to define the different structural members and structural systems and determine both the reactions and the different internal forces diagrams of different statically determinate structures (beams – frames). Also, students shall be able to differentiate soil types, calculating soil initial stresses, settlement types and calculations, determine soil parameters and bearing capacity, and define problematic soil.
