What Will Learn?

Course AimsBy the end of the course the student must be able to: Draw and specify the different components and details of the different types of doors and windows (timber / wood joinery / Metal Works); Deal with external / internal treatments & finishing through the use of different & contemporary high –tech. materials. Choose sustainable materials & execution techniques. Integrate relationship of structure, building materials, and construction elements into design process. Know the principles of building technologies, structure & construction methods, technical installations, properties of materials, and the way they may influence design decisions. Produce professional workshop and technical detailed drawings.
