Course AimsThis course aims to provide students with the opportunity to develop the ability of the students to gain an in-depth view of the principles, techniques and applications of project planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling and resource allocation in construction projects. It introduces the students to real life projects and the use of planning and scheduling software. It, also, helps the students develop their ability to work in team environment.
