Introduction to cost management, Fundamentals of estimating and Project Budgets, Project cost estimate (types of estimates and estimating methods), Price analysis (materials, labor, equipment, contingency, overhead & markup), Least cost scheduling, Project cost control, Project cost analysis and cash flow, Project life-cycle cost (Analysis of project profitability), Calculations of Percentage Complete, Accounting for the construction industry and Depreciation, Basic accounting terminology accounting cycle and process, Financial statements, Balance sheet, Income statement & Financial ratios. Introduction to Internal Control and Cash, Acquisition, and Disposition of Property, Plant and Equipment, Intangible Assets, Current Liabilities, Cash Flow Statement, and Financial Statement Analysis. -
