Introduction, Contract Parties, Project Delivery Systems, Contract Formation, Tendering Stage, (Tendering Methods), Types of Contracts & Subcontracts (Fixed Price, Cost-reimbursable, Time & Material), Bonds and Guarantees, Variation Orders and Claims, Disputes and Dispute Resolution, Partnering in Construction. Covers common construction law errors, basic contract and Egyptian principles in the construction context, contractor licensing, and bidding. "Standard" construction industry documents also are examined, including general conditions, breach by owner, breach by contractor, construction claims and damages, warranties and insurance, construction lending and deeds of trust, bonds, stop notices, and litigation and arbitration. -
