Photovoltaic solar cells, panels and arrays
The team is interested in developing new solar cells with high photo conversion efficiency, low price and long lifetime. The team develops solar cells with advanced materials. In addition, we invented new heavily doped silicon solar cells and could enhance its conversion efficiency appreciably. We also develop analytical and numerical characterisation techniques for many types of solar cells. We also developed full experimental characterization techniques for the solar cells and modules. We are also interested in modelling and simulation of solar cells and arrays. We also work on panel making characterization and testing. We invented the repairable and recyclable panels. Really we have a lot of experience in this topic either theoretical or experimental.
