What Will Learn?

Course Aims• Recognize the different terms used in project management. • Identify the different project stages and project life-cycle. • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of different project organizations and the suitability of each of them to a specific project. • Apply case studies and execution phase responsibilities. • Select the appropriate project organization for a specific project. • Understand the different responsibilities for the different parties participating in a project. • Use the different project management tools (Gantt chart, AON, AOA). • Estimate project cost, manpower, and duration. • Prepare project charter and schedule. • Use different tools and techniques to monitor and control project progress. • Identify the different constraints that affect on a project. • Provide an appropriate estimation and planning for projects.
