Organization of a Chess Competition in Summer Activity at the Faculty of Engineering at Ain Shams University

Under the supervision of Professor Omar Elhusseiny, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Professor Ahmed Moneeb Elsabbagh, Vice Dean for Education and Students Affairs, Professor Ahmed Ragheb, Coordinator of Student Activities, representatives from the Youth Care, the Social Committee of the Student Union organized a chess competition for four days in August 2024. 80 students participated in the competition, and the Faculty Administration congratulates the students who won the top places in the competition:

• First place: Mustafa Yasser Aisi
• Second place: Khaled Mohammed Mohammed
• Third place: Ahmed Abdelsalam Tawfik
• Fourth place: Karim Mustafa Mohammed

The chess competition is part of the faculty administration to support all sports activities, qualify students, and prepare them for local and international sports competition
