Prof.  Dr. Ahmed Moneeb Al Sabbagh, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, visited the Clausthal and Kassel Universities in Germany to strengthen the cooperation between Ain Shams University and both universities in the fields of student exchange, summer training, and research fields in various fields. 
The agenda of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Moneeb Al Sabbagh for Germany included a visit to Dr. sc. nat. Leif Steuernagel at the Clausthal University and a visit to the university institutes, including the Institute of Polymer Materials and Plastics Technology Agricolastr (Institut für Polymerwerkstoffe und Kunststofftechnik (PUK)) to find out the latest developments in various fields. 
A team from Kassel University led by Prof. Hans Peter Heim, Supervisor of the Plastics Technology Laboratory, toured with Prof. Dr. Ahmed Moneeb Al Sabbagh on campus and university laboratories to find out about the specialties, laboratory capabilities, and the latest developments in the field of advanced 3D printing. 
During the visit, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Moneeb Al Sabbagh met with the participants from two interdisciplinary programs, the Materials and Manufacturing programs of the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, in the summer training at both universities to follow up the training, hear their suggestions, and discuss their opinions. 
During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Moneeb Al Sabbagh invited Dr. sc. nat. Leif Steuernagel and Prof. Hans Peter Heim to visit Ain Shams University in the framework of continued coordination and cooperation in various fields
