Training of the Mechatronics and Automation Engineering program students, Faculty of Engineering Ain Shams University at University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) in UK


A group of Interdisciplinary students from the Mechatronics and Automation Engineering program for the bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, under the supervision of Associate Professor Shady Ahmed Maged, Academic Coordinator of the Program, participated in the Engineering Academy 2023 at the University of Central Lancashire in Preston, Lancashire, UK.  The students joined the Predictive Maintenance Program, which aims to plan maintenance and learn about techniques for monitoring practical conditions, including vibration analysis and monitoring of acoustic emissions.  The training includes many lectures and projects as well as practice and skills development. 
The students took several photographs and thanked Prof. Dr. Ahmed Onsy, Professor of Mechatronics and Intelligent Systems Engineering, Associate Dean of the School of Engineering & Computing for Business Development and Partnerships, University of Central Lancashire, for the warm reception and efforts of his valuable group.
