What Will Learn?
-
Course Aims• Assess the required preliminary set of working drawings • Differentiate between the scope of work of the different engineering disciplines. • Prepare architectural working drawings for small to medium scale buildings • Develop preliminary working drawings (plans / sections / elevation / details) required to construct different types of buildings. • Design and implement architectural solutions and details for various building items • Propose and design construction details required for the construction phase. • Identify the necessary and appropriate documents required during the Construction Drawings Phase • Plan for the different site execution stages • Propose and design various types of interior & exterior finishes for floors, walls, and ceilings. • Identify problems that might occur during construction and how to overcome such problems.
