    The aim of this course is to provide students with the needed knowledge and skills, which enable them to define and illustrate the main constructional requirements and components of the “Under Construction” building phase, prior to the “Finishing Phase” in the “Masonry Load Bearing Walls” and the “R.C. Skeleton” systems.

    Conventional construction systems concepts and elements, “Rule of thumb” calculations for main structural system elements sizing, The process of constructing: RC moderate scale buildings, Achieving building’s essential needs such as: protection against sun heat and dampness, bridging wall openings, retaining soil, and connecting different levels.
