Review of number systems. Introduction to microcontroller. Microcontroller architecture. Instruction set and microcontroller programming. Microcontroller peripherals: Digital I/O ports, Interrupts, Timers, Counters, Analogue ports, PWM channels, and comparators. I/O device interfacing with external devices. Some practical applications: speed control of a dc motor, light control, ….etc. -
