Introduction to Load path principles and Strut and Tie Method (STM), Modeling of reinforced concrete and precast prestressed concrete elements using STM, investigating Structural behavior of reinforced concrete components using STM; this includes behaviour of different structural phenomena and elements, like Bond behavior, Splice behavior, Shear behavior. Design of typical structures using STM, Shear walls and cores of high-rise buildings. -
