What Will Learn?

  • Course Aims
    The aim of this course is to provide students with the needed knowledge and skills, which enable them to define and illustrate the Agile methodologies and principles, the expected ethics in Agile teams, organizational culture and agile distributed teams, the main differences between the Scrum master versus product owner, as well as the product backlog versus sprint backlog. The main rules of scrum practices and how estimating user stories points and velocity of the scrum team.
