What Will Learn?

Course AimsDemonstrate the basic functions and specifications of the vehicle components, systems, and assemblies. Illustrate how to check fuel and electrical systems, engines, and car parts to prevent deterioration and ensure safety when operating the vehicle Recognize advanced test methods used to evaluate the engine performance. Determine the maintenance of the mechanical systems in the vehicles. Introduction to engine faults diagnosis scan tool.

Maintenance: Test required to evaluate engine performance: Compression test, Vacuum test, Leakage test, Homogeneity test, Bypass gases test and exhaust gas analysis. Periodic maintenance: Fault diagnosis and testing for Engine systems as mechanical system, Fuel systems components, Ignition systems, Cooling system, Oil lubricated system, Charging, starting systems, Braking systems, Steering systems, Tires. Air conditioning system and refrigeration cycle. -
