The received applications will go through a transparent unbiassed selection process, where:

1. Students can apply individually or in groups, but selection will be done individually according the selection criteria.
2. The participants selection will be based on:

• Academic Performance (Grade) and quality of University (for Group 3 & 4 applicants).
• Relevant Professional or training experience in the field is preferred.
• Participation and attendance of workshops and seminars.
• International and cross-cultural experience is preferred.
• Motivation.
• Command of English language.
