Faculty of Engineering Ain Shams University organized a welcome ceremony for the undergraduate students for the academic year 2023-2024 under the supervision of Professor Omar ElHusseiny, Dean of the Faculty, Professor Ahmed Moneeb ElSabbagh, Vice Dean for Education and Students Affairs, Associate Professor Ahmed Ragheb, Coordinator of Student Activities, and Mr. Riad Abdulrahman, Director of Youth Care, and organized by the Students Union, student activities and families. 
Many sports and recreational segments were organized during the event, including games such as basketball, table tennis, hammer, and various games. The Ceremony was held on Monday and Tuesday, October 23 and 24, 2023, at the multipurpose sports court and in front of the student activities building. Several awards were distributed to the winners of the various competitions. Students have taken many photographs, expressing their joy at participating in various events.
