Course AimsBy the end of this course the student should be able to • Demonstrate knowledge of heat engines including types of internal and external combustion engines. • Demonstrate knowledge of Stirling engines and its types. • Acquire the fundamentals of heat engines including their different types and their operating performance. • Apply the related knowledge in various engineering applications. • Solve problems about the ideal Stirling cycle. • Share ideas and work in a team in an efficient and effective manner.
