Improvement tools, Kaizen, Poka-a-Yoke, 5S. Takt time production levelling. Introduction to Six Sigma: Six Sigma Framework, DMAIC, DMADV, Project Selection, Project Charter, Process Mapping (SIPOC), Flow Charts, Value-Added Flow Charts, Spaghetti Charts, Critical Success Factors, Pareto Chart, Lean six sigma. -
