The currently used biomedical materials include metals (skeletal implants), ceramic materials (dental/orthopedic), hydrogels (coatings, drug delivery), fibers (surgical patches, wound dressings), and high-grade polymers (tubings, catheters, etc.).new technology of biomaterials production
