The research for this topic is dedicated to secify , design, simulate and implement the physical layers pf varios communication systems including the mobile communication systems, the wirelss local area networks, the wirelss sensor networks, the ethernet communication transcievers. The mac protocols are also handeled and implemented.
The physical layers is gnerically composed of source codecs, channel codecs, modems, equalizers filters, preprocessing and post processing of the siganls. In addition there is interest to desiging rf fronends for the different wireless communication standards.
