This course will present and discuss fundamental principles, concepts, contexts, issues, applications and future developments of Smart grids and sustainable Energy Systems from the multidisciplinary perspectives. The course will provide a detailed analysis of technical and technology aspects of Sustainable Energy Systems and smart grids, including energy conversions, smart metering infrastructure, demand side management, electric vehicles, and transition from conventional to renewable energy resources in different sectors -
