EVOLUTION network for student wellbeing
In the framework of the Faculty's efforts to support the quality of life under the supervision of Dr. Omar Al-Husseini –Faculty Dean, and Dr. Ahmed El-Sabbagh - Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, EVOLUTION network for student wellbeing had the honor of inviting the students and academic advisors to attend an Interactive Session about "Personality Types" facilitated by Mrs. Amina Al-Qarmani, a consultant and international trainer in the field of human resources and individual leadership, on Wednesday, April 17th, 2024.
The interactive session was attended by Dr. Osama Al-Nasr, Deputy Director of International Programs, Dr. Doaa Kamal Al-Din - Coordinator of EVOLUTION, Dr. Nabil Hamed, Eng. Mirna Wael, and Eng. Rana Osama from the EVOLUTION team, as well as a number of students and academic advisors. Dr. Ahmed El-Sabbagh - Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs presented a token of appreciation to Mrs. Amina El Karamany in recognition of her support in this field.

- Understanding Personality Types: Providing participants with a fundamental understanding of "Personality Types" concepts, with a focus on analyzing and understanding human behavior.
- Self-Understanding: Helping individuals to deepen their understanding of themselves, including their strengths and weaknesses, enabling them to better identify their life and career goals.
- Improving Communication: Understanding individual personality types enhances individuals' ability to communicate effectively, facilitating better social interaction and work performance both within and outside the workplace.
- Enhancing Personal Performance and Self-Confidence: By understanding the strengths and weaknesses in their personality, individuals can develop personal and professional strategies to improve their performance and achieve their goals.
