The Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, hosted, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Omar Al-Husseini, Dean of the Faculty, and in collaboration with the International Collaboration Office at the Faculty, for three days, the academic coordinators, Dr. Clare Penny and Dr. Christian Grothuizen and the external examiner, Dr. Ingy Kenawy, from the University of East London, for the Environmental Architecture and Urbanism Program, the Landscape Architecture Program, and the Housing Architecture Program, within the framework of cooperation between the two universities. That was From February 27^th to 29^th, 2024. A field visit was organized to visit various facilities and labs in the presence of the Unit heads and academic coordinators. They participated in different design studios and got in communication with the students. They also gave a lecture entitled “Landscape and Architecture: Spaces in Transition,” in the presence of several students and faculty members.
