Completion of the first phase of the AI-Enabled Engineering Solutions Challenge Competition at the Faculty of Engineering Ain Shams University
Faculty of Engineering Ain Shams University organized AI-Enabled Engineering Solutions Challenge Competition for the academic year 2023-2024 under the supervision of Professor Omar ElHusseiny, Dean of the Faculty, Professor Ahmed Moneeb ElSabbagh, Vice Dean for Education and Students Affairs, and Associate Professor Ahmed Ragheb, Coordinator of Student Activities, and organized by the Students Union.
The competition aims to encourage students to work in a multidisciplinary speciality to access innovative solutions, develop their abilities, propose engineering solutions using artificial intelligence, and demonstrate their excellence in science and engineering. It also aims to develop the abilities of the students to write technical reports scientifically and encourage students to consider effective solutions to various engineering problems.
The competition was participated by 16 teams of 96 students from different disciplines. Eleven teams of 66 students passed the first phase and were awarded a week of training for each group member. The organization team announces the start of the second phase, which ends on January 5, 2024.
