A group of students from two interdisciplinary programs, materials and manufacturing programs, from the Faculty of Engineering at Ain Shams University participated in the summer training under the supervision of professor Ahmed Monib Elsabagh and Associate professor Ramadan Elgamsy at the University of Kassel in Kassel, Germany. This international training aims to teach students about the latest scientific techniques in the field of advanced 3D printing and evaluate the properties of materials using advanced testing methods by joining a global multinational research team.  The training ensures the acquisition of expertise from specialists, the knowledge of different perspectives, to get to know the cultures and traditions, the acquisition of confidence and the visit to new places.  The students took several photographs and thanked Prof. Hans Peter Heim, the supervisor of the Plastics Technology Laboratory, for his warm welcome and the valuable efforts of his team.
