Unit's Objectives and Activities

• To help the Egyptian manufacturing sector to utilize a consultant institution that has a large number of Egyptian experts who have high educational qualifications and long educational experience.

• To benefit from the available national experiences and to decrease the dependency on foreign consultants who are very expensive and to make educational studies for the barriers and obstacles that face the local manufacturing.

• To boost the reverse engineering process and its applications in the Egyptian manufacturing, especially in the field of spare parts and the product equipment that are imported from abroad as the productivity unit is distinguished for its scientific experience and its lab facilities.

• To establish connection channels between the Egyptian productivity and areas of engineering education.

• To give the opportunity for the assistant professors and the faculty to train on the ways of facing and solving the Egyptian manufacturing problems.

• To develeop the lab in the faculty by self-financing from the financial revenues in the special unit.

• Contributing by providing the university, its faculty and its branches with its needs of wooden furniture.

• To make training courses for engineers with the intention of raising the educational and technical level in the production engineering and manufacturing design specialization.
