This refund policy applies on any payments paid from the College of Engineering Ain Shams University Students Portal

Refund Policy (Draft)

•  The college of Engineering is committed to refund any extra paid amounts due to Students Portal failure.
•  The college of Engineering is not committed to refund any extra paid amounts due to user's mistake, user's device failure, Internet failure or Payment provider network failure
•  The refund of early bird fees or tuition fees is handelled case by case and according to Management decision the refund can be applied or not.
•  The refund for registered students is done by returning the extra amounts to the student's college credit, while for graduates it will be refund to the graduate's credit card.
•  The period to return the amount to the graduate's credit card depends on the payment provider.
•  All refunds are done Egyptian Pound
