Ahmed Shaker is Associate Professor, Engineering Physics & Mathematics Department, Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. He received PhD and MSc from Ain Shams University, Faculty of Engineering, Engineering Physics Department, Cairo, Egypt. His fields of research are Semiconductor physics, Simulation and modeling of semiconductor power devices, solar cells and nanoscale devices including TFETs and CNTFETs.
